Andrea Goertzen
Andrea Goertzen is a speech language pathologist with a Master's of Science Degree from the University of North Dakota. Andrea is a registered member with the College of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists Manitoba( CASLPM)and is certified with the American Speech Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) . Angela has worked with toddlers and their families as well as children in schools She has focused on providing family based intervention for those with speech sound difficulties, severe intelligibility difficulties, late talkers and also with those children who are mainly non verbal and may require the use of augmentative communication. Her speciality is working with children from multicultural backgrounds who present with severe speech sound difficulties and language delays.
Sharon Halldorson
Sharon Halldorson is a Speech-Language Pathologist with a doctorate in Communication Disorders, obtained from Boston University in 1993. She is registered with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Manitoba, a member of the American Speech, Language and Hearing Association, Speech-Language and Audiology Canada and the International Literacy Association. Her areas of specialization and and research are in children with phonological disorders, phonological awareness, language-learning disorders, and those with complex language literacy difficulties .
