Assessments Speech and Occupational Therapy

Children preschool and school aged, who have these difficulties :

• Difficulty being understood and  speech is not clear  -Articulation
• Late in talking and have not started communicating by 18 months
• Does not seem understand or follow directions-Comprehension
• Has difficulty putting words together to make sentences-Language
• Is repeating words or struggling to get the message out- Stuttering/Fluency
• Does not use their language to socially communicate. Pragmatics
• Sensory processing , emotional  regulation and fine motor .

Intervention

Treatment and Early Intervention For:

• Children who present with a communication impairment, social play and sensory difficulties.
• The families are involved in the sessions and are shown what to do at home.

Consultation/collaboration with the day care provider or school team is available .
Collaboration with other treatment providers that the child is involved with.
