Penko & Associates Speech Services in Winnipeg offers a, speech language pathology practice and family psychology counseling services.
We are dedicated to helping children communicate effectively and reach their full potential in the development of successful communication skills.
Speech and language assessments and treatment is available for children by registered speech language pathologists. for children who may have speech and language difficulties.
We see children as young as 18 months to 16 years of age whose speech, language and social communication skills are a challenge for them.
Individualized Treatment Sessions
Direct treatment for the child who has a variety of speech and/or language delays as well as social skills difficulties .
We understand the importance of the role that the family plays in the intervention process, so parents are included.
Parent coaching and treatment plans are provided to enable families to work with their child at home.
Collaboration with the child's school or other services that the child receives is available at the parent's request.
Preschool visits are also provided at the parents request.
Parent Referrals are accepted. Speech therapy may be covered by insurance.
